Sundays at Summit Pass / January thru Mid-April

Snowdays Foundation is a Portland-based non-profit that has been serving local youth through snowboarding since 2004. Snowdays partners with mentoring organizations to provide a tool to incentivize and motivate youth. Their mission is to use the experience of snowboarding as a way to inspire and empower youth to overcome challenges in their daily lives. Falling down - and getting back up - is half the fun. A day on the hill helps the brain develop new pathways to manage challenges, both on and off the slopes.

Timberline is honored to partner with the Snowdays Foundation by providing the Portland-based ski area, Summit Pass in Government Camp.

Snowdays volunteers act as coaches for the day, supporting participants to achieve success snowboarding. You don’t need to be a certified instructor to be a volunteer, you just need to be passionate about sharing your love of snowboarding and giving back to your community.
