Adaptive riders are welcome! Timberline Bike Park is committed to giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy mountain biking. Making our trails accessible to as many people as possible is a priority, although guests must be able to load and unload the chairlift independently or with the assistance of an accompanying person. Choose an appropriate trail to fit your abilities and equipment and please stay on the trail. A lift ticket or bike season pass, helmet, close-toed shoes, and functioning front and rear brakes are required in order to access the Timberline Bike Park. Full suspension bikes are strongly recommended. Timberline is not responsible for damaged equipment. Use this terrain at your own risk. Trail widths vary between 16” and 66”.
If additional assistance is required, we will make reasonable accommodations when possible. If you have any questions about using your adaptive bike at Timberline, please contact Guest Services or the Bike Park Manager.

A Service Animal is defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. If the animal meets this definition, the animal is considered a Service Animal under the ADA, regardless of whether they have been licensed or certified by a state or local government.
Service Animals are permitted in our buildings. They can generally be identified by the colorful vests they wear, however there is no legal requirement that a service animal or service dog wear a vest or have any “papers” evidencing certification.
If a Service Animal is out of control, which includes any behavior that infringes on the rights of other customers/clients/visitors/patrons, we have the right to ask the guest to remove the Service Animal from the premises.
Timberline is also is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website for people with disabilities. We are in the process of implementing the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as our web accessibility standard. Our website will be tested on a periodic basis and updated to comply with WCAG.
