LODGE HOURS
Timberline Lodge is open daily for public visitation from 7am to 11pm. After 11pm, the lodge is closed and the doors are locked. For front door access to the building after 11pm, simply state your name and room number to the speaker above the front door, and the night desk attendant will let you in. The front desk is open 24 hours per day.

QUIET TIME
We ask that our guests observe “quiet time” between 10pm and 9am to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone in the lodge.

STAYING WITH CHILDREN
Do you remember visiting Timberline as a kid? Then you know just how exciting it can be for little ones. Children are always welcome. Kids 12 and under stay for free with an accompanied adult when they occupy the same room. All areas of the lodge are kid-friendly and cribs are available upon request.

ROOM PRICING & CONVENIENCES
All of our room rates are based on double occupancy. $50 per night is added to any guest 13 years or older after the first two guests. All rooms except chalets have a private bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, alarm clock, fan, and heater. King rooms have additional conveniences including bathrobes, coffee maker, and wood-burning fireplaces.

ACCESSIBILITY
Timberline Lodge is ADA accessible to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to experience its splendor. On the east side of the building, we provide an accessible entry with press-button powered doors and an elevator to the main floor of the lodge. There are a few guest rooms with ADA accessible bathrooms. The pool and Ram’s Head Bar have ADA lifts; however the sauna and Blue Ox Bar are not ADA accessible at this time.

Only service animals and dogs registered in our pet-friendly hotel rooms are permitted in the lodge. Pets are also not permitted in the Lodge at Government Camp condos. VIEW OUR PET POLICY

SMOKING
Timberline Lodge is a federal building and therefore a no-smoking establishment, including all guest rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only at least 10 feet away from entrances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. During Winter Break reservations must be cancelled 30 days in advance to avoid a penalty of two night’s room and tax. We do not accept cancellations due to weather, as this is a high-alpine lodge. We do ask you to come prepared for winter weather and driving conditions.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Please contact our  when reserving 10 or more hotel rooms. When 10 or more reservations are made per night by one person the reservation will be converted to a Group Booking Agreement. Group guidelines and cancellation policies will apply.

TRAVEL AGENT BOOKINGS
New travel agents must submit their W9 to  within one year of their first client booking in order to receive a commission.
