A free service offered by R.L.K. and Company. Directly deposit your paycheck into your bank or credit union.
Employee Housing
Employee housing is located in Gov’t Camp and available at very
reasonable rates. Call the Housing Manager at 503-272-3422 for more

Supplemental Insurance
Available for purchase to cover you in the event of an accident or
injury. Plan options include dental, cancer and disability. Time loss
compensation is also available as part of this plan. Contact the TTRC
office for more details.
AAA Membership
Half price membership available and initiation fee is waived.
Family Health Insurance Assistance Program (through the State of Oregon)
Insurance premium payment assistance for those who qualify. For more
information, contact the TTRC office or your local County or State
Health Clinic.
Credit Union Membership
Oregon Independent Federal Credit Union; Rivermark Credit Union
Holiday Pay
All hours worked between midnight and 11:59pm on Christmas Day are paid at overtime rates.
Employee Season Pass
Discounted season pass available for purchase. During the winter
season, employee passes are only $25. Legal spouses (ID may be
required) and dependent children under the age of 18 may receive the
same discount as the employee. (3) day training period may apply prior
to eligibility.
Area Exchange Program
Discounted or free exchange letters for ski benefits at all other NW
Ski Areas. Free golf at The Resort at the Mountain and Kah-Ne-Ta
Resort. Free access to the facilities at the Mt. Hood RV Village.

After (1) year of employment and an average of 30 hours/week of work:
Medical and Dental
Company provided medical, dental, vision and wellness plan. Co-pay and
deductible apply. Employee must maintain an average of (30) hours a
week to remain eligible.
Vacation Pay
Employee must work 1560 hours in anniversary year to qualify. Number of vacation days is based on years of qualification:
1st - 3rd years :: 10 days
4th - 7th years :: 15 days
8th - ... years :: 20 days
125 (k) Plans
Pre-tax medical and child care expenses. Must meet eligibility requirements.
401k Plan
Pre-tax retirement plan. Employee deferral, profit sharing, loan
provisions. Open enrollment Jan. 1st and July 1st. Must be 21 years of
age to qualify.
Educational Reimbursement
With pre-approval by your manager. Maintain a C grade average or higher
and Timberline will help by paying the cost of one course per semester.
Jury Duty Pay
Timberline will pay the first (10) days you are in active Jury Duty
just as if you were working your regularly scheduled shifts. Must
provide proof of active Jury Duty and sign over any payments from the
courts to R.L.K. and Company.
