STEP 1         
The Application

In Person:
You may apply in person at the Lodge. Applications and current job listings are available in the Human Resource office Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm and on the weekends at the Front Desk.


STEP 2   
Processing of your Application

All completed applications will be processed within 2 days of receipt. Applications received with accompanying Q-Care certification will receive first priority for interview scheduling. You will be contacted directly by the hiring manager(s) of the departments for which you have applied. We reserve the right to send a copy of your application to another department if your skills or experience match an available position in that department.


STEP 3   
Interviewing

Most managers will require an IN-PERSON INTERVIEW prior to making a job offer. If you are applying from OUT OF STATE, please send as many verifiable references as possible and mark the PHONE INTERVIEW PLEASE box on the top of your application. Please also review our DRESS AND GROOMING standards, as we do adhere strictly to them and you will be expected to meet the standard as a condition of your employment.


STEP 4  
References

All listed references will be checked. If you wish us to not contact your current employer, please make a note of that on your application. We will respect your confidentiality.


STEP 5  
New Team Member Orientation

Once you have been offered a position with Timberline, you will need to complete your hiring paperwork and attend a 3 hour Orientation class. These classes are held every Wednesday at 11am at the Lodge. You will not be allowed to attend an Orientation until your hiring paperwork is complete. This includes providing proof of eligibility of employment in the U.S. by providing the necessary documentation for the I9 form (normally a photo ID and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate).
