If you're hungry for more than a
comfortable room, you're in luck. In the main Lodge, the Cascade Dining
Room serves gourmet Pacific Northwest cuisine prepared by our
award-winning culinary staff. The Cascade Dining Room has also been
awarded "Best Oregon Wine List" for three years running.
Tours of our award-winning wine vault are available through the Dining Room. Just ask your server for more information.
Also in the main Lodge, The Ram's Head and Blue Ox bars offer hearty
mountain fare and specialty beverages in a casual atmosphere.
In the Wy'East Day Lodge, located across the parking lot from
Timberline Lodge, is the Black Iron Grill and the Market Cafe with its
sundeck, offer a relaxing break in the action for skiers and riders on
the run.
And just down the mountain in the town of Government Camp, you'll find
the Mt. Hood Brewing Company, which offers pub-style fare and can
accommodate groups of up to 35 people.
Leif Benson, CEC, has been Timberline's Executive chef since 1979 and
is the winner of many world class culinary awards. Chef Benson prides
himself on using the Northwest's freshest ingredients to create
memorable meals that compliment our unique ambiance.
